    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Etter ny gjennomgang av fangsstatistikken de siste årene vil Fiskeridirektoratet frarå at det blir drevet seismisk aktivitet i hele det omsøkte området, både det som ligger nord for 59 grader 30 minutter og det som ligger sør for 59 grader 30 minutter i perioden etter 10. august 2009.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Fiskeridirektoratet Region Sør finner å kunne tilrå at den del av undersøkelsen som ligger nord for N59grader30 blir gjennomført som omsøkt. Av hensyn til forventet makrellfiske kan vi imidlertid ikke tilrå at den del av undersøkelsen som ligger sør for N59grader30 blir gjennomført i perioden 10.8.2009 & 15.10.2009. Vi forutsetter at undersøkelsen utføres uten å være til hinder for eventuelt pågående fiskeriaktivitet eller aktivitet som påbegynnes i området. Undersøkelsen kan bli anmodet stanset eller endret på kort varsel dersom det oppstår konflikt med fiskeriene
