    Sokkeldirektoratet brev til selskapene oppsummert
    OD har ingen merknader til at undersøkelsen gjennomføres som planlagt dersom tilrådningene som angitt blir fulgt. Det må være fiskerikyndig bemanning på fartøyet som utøver undersøkelsen.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Undersøkelsen er en seismisk 3D undersøkelse. Dette medfører at under gjennomføringen
    vil arealbehovet for seismikkfartøyet være stort, og i tillegg gi mindre fleksibilitet for raske
    operasjonelle endringer. Operatør må ta høyde for spredt og variert fiskeriaktivitet i hele
    undersøkelsesområdet.Fiskeridirektoratet region Møre og Romsdal tilrår at det ikke skytes seismikk vest av 8
    grader øst så lenge direktefiske etter blåkveite pågår.Operatør oppfordres til å ta kontakt med Fiskeridirektoratet region Møre og Romsdal medio
    august for å oppdatere seg på når periodekvoten er oppfisket.Vi forutsetter ellers at undersøkelsen utføres med den største aktsomhet, uten å være til
    hinder for fiskeriaktiviteten i området. Det oppfordres til at den fiskerikyndige blir delaktig tidlig i den operative planleggingsfasen av undersøkelsen,
    og at det etableres kontakt med Kystvaktsentralen/kystvakt for å orientere seg om fiskeriaktivitet og stående fiskeredskap i området.
    Undersøkelsen må stanses eller endres på kort varsel dersom det oppstår konflikter med
    fiskeriene.Vi ber om at navn på fiskerikyndig meldes inn i god tid før undersøkelsens oppstart.
