    Sokkeldirektoratet brev til selskapene oppsummert
    OD har ingen merknader til at undersøkelsen gjennomføres som planlagt dersom tilrådningene som angitt blir fulgt. Det må være fiskerikyndig bemanning på fartøyet som utøver undersøkelsen.
    I ODs tilrådning inngår ikke «minsteavstand/skremmeavstand i nautiske mil».
    Dersom undersøkelsen aksepteres gjennomført slik den er tilrådd, stadfestes dette gjennom oppstartsmelding.
    Skulle det oppstå situasjoner i forhold til fiskeriaktiviteten, ber vi om å bli underrettet om dette. Undersøkelsen kan bli stanset eller endret på kort varsel dersom det oppstår konflikt med fiskeriene.

    Vurdering og tilråding: Det aktuelle området er ikke i konflikt med gyteområder i tidsrommet det er søkt om så vi har ingen merknader på ressursbiologisk grunnlag til at undersøkelsen kan gå som planlagt.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Fiskerifaglig vurdering
    Basert på blant annet informasjon om fiskeriaktivitet tidligere år, forventer vi fiskeriaktivitet fra autolinefartøy sentralt i undersøkelsesområdet, ved ca N 72? 30`. Vi utelukker ikke helt fiskeriaktivitet i andre deler av undersøkelsesområdet.
    Sammendrag og tilrådning
    Vi forutsetter at undersøkelsen utføres med størst mulig aktsomhet og uten å være til hinder for fiskeriaktivitet i området. Undersøkelsen kan bli anmodet endret og stanset dersom det oppstår konflikter med fiskeriene.
    Ut fra en helhetsvurdering vil Fiskeridirektoratet anmode om fiskerikyndig bemanning på fartøyet som utøver undersøkelsen.
    Vi tilrår at fiskerikyndig etablerer kontakt med Kystvaktsentralen for å orientere seg om aktivitet i området.
