    Det må være fiskerikyndig bemanning på fartøyet som utøver undersøkelsen.

    OD har ingen merknader til at undersøkelsen gjennomføres som planlagt dersom tilrådningene som angitt blir fulgt.

    I ODs tilrådning inngår ikke "minsteavstand/skremmeavstand i nautiske mil".


    Dersom undersøkelsen aksepteres gjennomført slik den er tilrådd, stadfestes dette gjennom oppstartsmelding.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Fiskerifaglig vurdering
    For innmeldt undersøkelsesområde og – periode forventer vi sporadisk fiskeiraktivitet fra reketrål. Vi utelukker ikke helt aktivitet fra andre fartøygrupper. Aktiviteten har variert noe fra år til år, de senere årene har det vært mer fiskeriaktivitet like nordøst for undersøkelsesområdet, samt sør for.
    Sammendrag og tilrådning
    Vi forutsetter at undersøkelsen utføres med størst mulig aktsomhet og uten å være til hinder for fiskeriaktivitet i området. Undersøkelsen kan bli anmodet endret og stanset dersom det oppstår konflikter med fiskeriene.
    Med bakgrunn i en helhetsvurdering, anmoder vi om at det er fiskerikyndig om bord
    i fartøyet som skal gjennomføre undersøkelsen.
    Vi tilrår at fiskerikyndig etablerer kontakt med Kystvaktsentralen for å orientere seg
    om aktivitet i området.
