    OD har ingen merknader til at undersøkelsen gjennomføres som planlagt dersom uttalelsene som angitt blir fulgt

    Det er ikke stilt krav om fiskerikyndig bemanning for denne undersøkelsen.

    Dersom undersøkelsen aksepteres gjennomført slik den er tilrådd, stadfestes dette gjennom oppstartsmelding.

    Skulle det oppstå situasjoner i forhold til fiskeriaktiviteten, ber vi om å bli underrettet om dette. Undersøkelsen kan bli stanset eller endret på kort varsel dersom det oppstår konflikt med fiskeriene.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Med bakgrunn i ovennevnte, vil vi ikke be om fiskerikyndig for denne undersøkelsen.
    Vi henstiller allikevel til at det tas hensyn til fiskeri som er forventet å pågå i området.
    Dersom det oppstår konflikter med fiskeriene, anmoder vi om at undersøkelsen endres eller
    avbrytes umiddelbart.

    Vi viser til melding om ovennevnte undersøkelse, datert 10.07.2017. Som for ORG17106, vil
    vi påpeke at innmeldingen kommer veldig kort tid før mulig oppstartsdato.
    Før Fiskeridirektoratet kan avgi uttalelse til denne undersøkelsen, ber vi om å få
    opplysninger om hvilken type grunnundersøkelse dette er. Relevant for vår vurdering er
    blant annet om det skal slepes utstyr.
