    Havforskningsinstituttet viser til tidligere vurdering og svar av 22.3.2010, som fremdeles gjelder, men med bakgrunn i iboende statistikk variasjon i endedato for gyting av øyepål i dette området og mulige effekter på siste del av gytingen kan oppstart av undersøkelsen på norsk sokkel skje fra 20. april.

    Søknad om unntak for fra Havforskningsinstituttets anbefalinger,men kun for den siste delen av gyteperioden for Øyepål. Vi søker om å kunne få starte opp ca 19 April på Norsk side, eller før hvis mulig. Den engelske delen av prosjektet er estimert ferdig

    Havforskningsinstituttet fraråder i at det skytes seismikk i omsøkt område, som dels ligger innenfor og dels inntil gyteområde for øyepål med gyting i tiden ca. 1. mars til ca. 30.april.
