    Vi har ingen merknader til at undersøkelsen blir utført som planlagt dersom Fiskeridirektoratets tilrådning blir fulgt og har registrert at fiskerikyndig er Arnfinn Eriksen.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Region Sør meddeler at det i den aktuelle perioden tradisjonelt er registrert til dels omfattende fiskeriaktivitet. Særlig ventes det fiske etter makrell med dorg og ringnot. Man kan også vente generelt trålfiske i området.

    Siden dette gjelder en borestedsundersøkelse av mindre omfang, vil region Sør likevel tilrå at den gjennomføres. Skulle det oppstå konflikter med fiskerflåten i området vil vi sterkt anmode om at det tas hensyn til den evt. pågående fiskeriaktiviteten, eller at undersøkelsen endres eller avbrytes umiddelbart.

    Iflg. våre registreringer foregår det fiske med trål i gjeldende område og det er ventet fiskeriaktivitet i omsøkte tidsrom.Vi ber derfor om at det settes fiskerikyndig om bord.

    Vurdering: Omsøkt område ligger innenfor gytefelt for hyse med gyting i tida ca. 1. mars til ca. 15. mai.
    Tilrådning: Vi frarår at det skytes seismikk innenfor området i nevnte gyteperiode.
