    Formålet med undersøkelsen er å bruke noder til å lytte passivt etter sprekkdannelse i i undergrunnen i forbindelse med en injeksjonstest som er planlagt ved Wisting i januar-februar 2024. Dette gjøres for å kartlegge risikoen for lekkasje fra reservoaret under injeksjonsoperasjoner. Det vil ikke benyttes seismisk kilde under innsamlingen av disse dataene. Det er imidlertid planlagt å aktivere en liten seismisk kilde noen timer før og etter datainnsamlingen for posisjonering av nodene og for synkronisering av nodenes klokker. Kilden er planlagt brukt både før og etter datainnsamlingen, langs 2-4 forhåndsdefinerte linjer. Hver av linjene vil være 2 km lange.

    Fordi bruken av seismisk kilde vil være såpass begrenset, og fordi vi forventer særdeles lite samtidig fiskeriaktivitet i området, ber vi om en vurdering av om det vil være nødvendig å ha fiskerikyndig person ombord.
