    Sokkeldirektoratet brev til selskapene oppsummert
    OD gjør særlig oppmerksom på at fartøy som foretar en undersøkelse, skal holde forsvarlig avstand til fartøy som driver fiske og fra faststående og flytende fiskeredskap. Særlig aktsomhet skal utvises når større ansamlinger av fiskefartøy observeres, jf. ressursforskriften § 5 første ledd.

    Uttalelser som er gitt av adressatene innenfor meldesystemet følger vedlagt. Fiskeridirektoratet har avgitt uttalelse datert 21.4.2015.

    Det er ikke stilt krav om fiskerikyndig for denne undersøkelsen.

    OD har ingen merknader til at undersøkelsen gjennomføres som planlagt dersom uttalelsene som angitt blir fulgt

    Dersom undersøkelsen aksepteres gjennomført slik den er tilrådd, stadfestes dette gjennom oppstartsmelding.

    Høringskommentar Fiskeridirektoratet
    Sammendrag og tilråding:
    Vi forutsetter at undersøkelsen utføres med den største aktsomhet, uten å være til
    hinder for fiskeriaktiviteten i området som nevnt over. Undersøkelsen kan bli
    anmodet endret og stanset dersom det oppstår konflikter med fiskeriene.
    Etter en helhetsvurdering, med bakgrunn i type undersøkelse, og under forutsetning
    av at det ikke skal slepes utstyr i sjøen eller samles inn seismikk, vil vi ikke kreve
    fiskerikyndig for denne undersøkelsen. Vi råder dere imidlertid til å planlegge
    grunnundersøkelsen ut fra fiskeriaktiviteten som nevnt over.
